Adult-only swim school · 7 days a week

The water doesn't care how old you are.

One in three UK adults can't swim a length. Our patient, expert coaches change that — in warm pools, small classes, zero judgement.

Why Aquatica

Built entirely around adults.

Most pools are designed for children. Ours aren't. Every detail — class size, water temperature, session privacy — is shaped around how grown-ups actually learn.

  • Patient and judgement-free

Start exactly where you are. No pressure, no embarrassment.

  • Maximum four per class

Small groups mean real coaching attention on every length.

  • Qualified instructors

Every coach is STA / Swim England qualified.

  • Premium, adult-only pools

Warm water, clean facilities, calm sessions.

Swimmer stories

From first splash to first mile.

“I'm 54 and spent my whole life avoiding the pool on holiday. After twelve weeks with Aquatica I swam a full length, then ten. My only regret is not starting sooner.”

Questions

Before you dive in.

I'm a complete beginner — is that really okay?

It's exactly who we built Aquatica for. Most of our beginners have never swum a length in their life. You'll start in shallow, warm water and progress only when you're ready.

What do I need to bring?

Just swimwear, a towel, and goggles if you have them. We provide everything else, including floats and training aids.

How big are the classes?

Never more than four swimmers per coach. Private one-to-one sessions are also available on request.

When do sessions run?

Seven days a week — mornings, evenings, and weekends — so lessons fit around your work, not the other way round.

Ready to dive in?

Tell us where you are with swimming and we'll match you to the perfect program — usually within a day.

No commitment — your first session is a relaxed assessment in the water.
